Welcome to Mothers Chef Meal Prep! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, motherschefsd.com (the "Site"), and the services we offer. By accessing our Site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Our Services
Mothers Chef provides freshly prepared meals delivered to your location. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2. Payments
We use Stripe to process all payments. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order.
3. SMS Messaging Program
As part of our service, we offer an SMS messaging program to keep you informed about your order status.
•Program Description: The Mothers Chef Meal Prep SMS program sends transactional messages to customers, including order confirmations and delivery status updates.
•Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the phone number from which you are receiving messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, you can sign up again as you did initially.
•Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly by emailing us at [email protected] or calling us at 619-613-0266.
•Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
•Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive approximately 3 messages per order. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
•Privacy: For all questions about how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Mothers Chef be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will post the revised Terms on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after the revised Terms have been posted will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
